A new Bank in Greece: Credia Bank
Human to Human Branch
DINN! has designed the brand new concept for the CrediaBank, born from the merging of Attica Bank and Pancreta Bank: the New Experience flagship branch on Skoufa Street, in Kolonaki Square in Athens, Greece, introducing a new, innovative banking model that is inspired, forward-thinking, and centered around people.
The Bank will cover a huge free competitive market positioning in Greek market , around the concept of being a bank driven by a human and peer to peer approach with the customer.
The customer core targets are Individuals (affluent) and SMEs, with the promise is to unlock the growth potential (both for individuals and SMEs) with a personalized approach focused on specific needs and values.
This new branch concept is part of CrediaBank’s broader transformation and reflects its vision in practice.
It’s an upgraded experience, accessible to everyone, prioritizing personalized customer interaction, a human-centered approach, and smart use of technology. The new model complements CrediaBank’s existing people-first approach: open doors without appointments, teller services available all day, and immediate assistance at any time.
The design of the new branches promotes eye-level interactions between bank staff and customers, creating a welcoming environment of cooperation and empathy.
As CrediaBank focuses on people, what clients experience first are always other people (staff) rather than machines and operational touchpoints.
Staff don’t work in the back office but instead live and animate the space dedicated to the client.
People and dialogue always come first.
Machines and operational touchpoints have a secondary level of relevance and place inside the space.

“The CrediaBank concept redefines bank branches through a reverse design approach, placing the customer at the heart of both experience and space. Every detail conveys warmth, peer-to-peer connection, and the brand’s atmosphere, transforming the branch itself into a powerful tool to showcase the new CrediaBank brand, its innovative values, and forward-thinking attitude

Staff and clients have a new kind of interaction: not a one-to-one approach, but a side-by-side relationship.
Staff are asked to be proactive, dynamic, and flexible in order to promptly respond to customer needs as the representation of the new bank’s way of interacting with people.
The layout and touchpoints are few and simple, designed to easily engage people by facilitating their interaction with the bank and making their experience clear, easy, and smooth.
These branches include various spaces and facilities to meet different needs—automated digital service points, meeting rooms for private consultations, comfortable seating, low dividers, and warm, vibrant colors to enhance the feeling of hospitality.
“CrediaBank is at a new beginning. Every new start brings unique opportunities, such as this one where we redefine the bank-customer relationship, returning to the core value: human connection, immediacy, and trust. We’re proud to be the first in Greece to present this new branch concept that places the customer at the center, prioritizing convenience and enhanced service.
Our new branch reflects our philosophy of balancing digital solutions with face-to-face collaboration and support, always guided by the needs of our customers. For us, this new branch on Skoufa Street marks the beginning of our new story—where every customer is welcome, and every customer matters.”

The design unfolds within a neutral and luminous architectural shell, conceived as a flexible container for several consultation pods. These areas have been carefully designed as intimate spaces to foster dialogue and ensure confidentiality.
A material and chromatic dialogue defines the entire environment: the ambient luminescence of the shell is contrasted by a dark, warm timber essence, strategically employed to accentuate specific experiential focal points.
The areas dedicated to interaction feature a custom integrated seating system and vertical screening elements, ensuring ergonomic comfort and an appropriate level of visual and acoustic privacy.
The machine area emerges as an autonomous volume—a “box-in-a-box”—entirely clad in the same wood. This volume creates a distinct visual and material break, identifying a separate phase of the customer journey. A saturated green portal defines its threshold, acting as a visual cue.
Finally, the inclusion of light ceramic cladding on select vertical surfaces introduces a tactile texture that shifts the ambiance toward a hospitality concept, lending the space a welcoming and convivial character.

“With our new branch concept, we are building the banking “home” of the future for our customers.
We are upgrading the everyday banking experience by leveraging technology and offering personalized service — with respect and accessibility for all.
In a world that is constantly changing, we remain firmly focused on people and their needs. Our new branches bring the vision of CrediaBank to life: a space that is modern, welcoming, and human — just as every customer deserves.”
