An innovative products display & experience concept for Brico io stores, Italy’s leading DIY chain with more than 110 stores, conceived and designed by DINN!
DINN! contributed to the innovation of the customer & staff experience concept in Brico io’s physical spaces and some of their interior design elements aimed at evolving the format itself. Specifically, the areas involved in the project were: the store concept design with a focus on the product area, the display and interaction between the product, the customer, and with the sales staff.
The project involved, as the main partner together with DINN!, Jakala, with the contribution of major product brands such as Henkel, Saratoga and UHU-Bostik and technology innovation companies such as Cean, Google Cloud, Reply and Retail Hub for the part on data and AI.
We have always been fascinated by everything related to innovation and technology, and we are convinced that these are roads to be pursued not only on our website, e-commerce or social media, but also in our physical space
