Our intervention aimed to develop a new brand positioning strategy and redesign the entire customer experience, establishing Terme di Comano as a premier destination, offering a holistic well-being journey that combines thermal treatments, high-level hospitality, wellness experiences, and cutting-edge skincare products.
From defining the value proposition to creating specific customer journeys and modular offerings, the project sparked a deep internal cultural and organizational transformation.
The result? A more integrated offering, interconnected internal processes, and a fresh approach to training—because every significant change always begins from within.
