DINN! and SCS Consulting will be hosted on 28th and 29th October during ABI workshop dedicated to “Accessibility, inclusion, diversity and business: trends and perspectives in the bank market”, organized by ABIFormazione.
Our Co-Founder & CEO, Marco de Carli, together with Anna Lisa Balestra, Head of People & Change Management in Sustainability Area at SCS Consulting, will share their visions about the importance of people inside places with a focus on international experiences to build up new human relationships in the physical world.
In order to create concepts increasingly linked to important themes of inclusiveness and diversity, we will start from how the environment, with its formal and chromatic visual codes and interaction, can communicate immediacy and accessibility to all people.
There are some elements that help us to create these environments, which are: the way in which a layout is built, the positioning of the contents within it, the type of interaction we are going to foresee with other people, the space and technologies as well as the central role that people have within places (as a bridge between physical and digital) and an increasingly present need to integrate other services related to the reference area from an ecosystemic point of view.
