OASIS HIGH TECH EXPERIENCE

Kuwait, 2016

| CHALLENGE

Defined as “the most Innovative Company of the 2015” in the MEA region, Ooredoo is ready for a new challenge with DINN!. To align the new stores design and customer experience to its identity.

A project about: Service Design, Interior & Architectural Design, Engineering

INSIGHT

The telecommunication sector is radically changing from a common product-focused scenario to a service-oriented customers one, in order to build a solid relationship with clients. It needs to deeply renew its products, services, places and the way to interact with its clients – in Italy as well as abroad.

| IDEA

The Majalis and the Oasis are the two metaphors of innovation for Ooredoo new stores design. Creating a new landscape, the technology is fully integrated whithin the spaces, but it doesn’t dominate the customer experience. The relationship and the dialogue are the main features.

The result will be a place where people can relax themselves and have a good conversation while they are exploring Ooredoo products.

| WHY THE MAJALIS?

The new Ooredoo stores will have a warm landscape able to welcome clients in a relaxed and inspiring way. The consultancy will take place around the walls sitting on comfortable sofas, just like in the majalis, where guests – usually male – are received and entertained around the walls, where they could comfortably sit.

| WHY THE OASIS?

At the center of Ooredoo stores, people will discover all Ooredoo services and products in a easy, accessible and understandable way. Just like in the oasis, where you can find the coveted water source.

To deliver a creative customer service project, the new concept is guided by Ooredoo vision of enriching people’s lives and stimulating human growth by leveraging communications to help people achieve their full potential.

| THE NEW CONCEPT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN OOREDOO VIP LOUNGES (WITHIN THE HEADQUARTER) AND IN FLAGSHIP STORES
