To strengthen this global presence, we have always believed in building relationships with trusted local partners, establishing a tangible presence in key markets, just as we tested in the SEA market.
Following this same philosophy, we identified, from 2024, a promising yet challenging opportunity in the United States—specifically in New York—approaching this market with the same dual spirit that defines DINN!.

Leveraging our network and our Italian and American connections, we are building links among local professionals and advisors who share our vision for an innovative approach to the ideation and design of.
In line with this vision, aiming in particular to ensure and strengthen local support and project delivery, we set a partnership with Vemworks, a New York-based architectural firm that shares our Italian heritage and brings strong local market expertise, with 10 years of presence in New York.
Together, as a global partnership with offices in Milan and New York, we collaborate with high-end brands to design innovative experiences and meaningful spaces, from retail to hospitality and workplaces
The combined capabilities of DINN! and Vemworks allow us to lead projects from the creative concept phase through to full technical development—with the Vemworks team ensuring a consistent presence on the ground throughout.
DINN! and Vemworks projects are shaped by solid strategic and marketing insights, seamlessly merged with our creative soul across branding, experience, interior, and architectural design.
Rooted in a multidisciplinary approach, the group leverages the expertise of our two companies, combining decades of experience with worldwide clients.
Our goal is to address the market effectively, while further strengthening our value proposition through potential partnerships that will enrich DINN!’s overall offering.

DINN! and Wemworks is a first step for a global design partnership approach, with their respective offices in Milan and New York, collaborating with great brands to shape extraordinary experiences and places.
The design itself pays homage to Miami’s vibrant spirit. Gone are the traditional, stuffy interiors often related with luxury. Instead, the space pulsates with the energy of the coastal paradise. A harmonious blend of colors and textures,meticulously chosen, reflects the very essence of Miami. Imagine lush greens and calming blues, a subtle nod to the city’s vibrant beaches and turquoise waters.
