“I refuse to work in any place that would have me as a customer” (apologies to Groucho Marx).
Since 1996 my main focus has been to build great customer experiences and to make customers fully satisfied, I have developed a certain sharpness in the way I look at things and at people behaviors, and that makes me a terrible customer.
I love cooking, and I see that the ideal approach to projects is similar to that: sometimes you have the possibility, the time and the budget to buy the best ingredients, sometimes you just open the fridge and create. No matter what, my wife and my daughters deserve the best meal I can prepare, and our customers the best results, with a twist of innovation.
I am curious and when I started to work I would have never imagined that I would have the opportunity to meet so many nice people and to collect so many precious stories, starting from my partners and team, our customers, their staff…
Everyone has been precious and I am never tired of listening and learning.
There are still a lot of stories to be told, let’s start.
