A new shopping experience is being born as we are facing an important challenge, Covid-19 touched our physical dimension, a fundamental part of our lives. We are living radical changes destined to have a deep effect on the way we use goods and services: digital, on one side, and the revolution of relational dimension towards new forms, on the other, are the main factors driving the change in order to image and realize suitable strategies.
