Allianz is the first insurance brand in the world, which stands out for its consistency thanks to a reliable network of agents and employees. It relied on us to differentiate its customer experience in order to make it unique. It aimed to strengthen the brand leadership and to improve the shopping experience, through a brand new innovative model of service.
A new agency model that creates value added for both Allianz agents and customers. It changes the company’s image and service by making them coherent with its strategy.
A welcoming atmosphere to enhance the relationship between consultants and customers. The welcome area is featured by cosy sofas and a central table where is possible – through different technological devices – to explore Allianz products portfolio and optimize the service offer. A comfortable and friendly environment that makes the customer feel at ease, while waiting for a consultant in a more reserved area.
New agencies are harmonic and functional and give life to a revolutionary experience which enhances the relationship with all those customers that have entrusted themselves to the group for years.

The tone of voice of the new Milanese Allianz agency is elegant, warm and luxurious. A stylish and modern environment which promotes and reinforces the relationship between Allianz brand and its customers.
A charming showcase with a great impact in order to underline the Allianz leading position. The distinctiveness of the brand Allianz is recognizable from the outside, thanks to the bright windows system that leaves partially perceive the modern and elegant atmosphere. Blue stripes – at the bottom – aimed to emphasize the shades of the characteristic corporate colors.
The service is even more effective and faster, thanks to the latest digital technologies. The customer satisfaction is increased through vanguard interactive equipments, such as the Allianz One table that deepens the value of the advice offered. Allianz products are enhanced and presented in an innovative way.

thought to host the most important institutional meetings. The premium position of Allianz is communicated by the bright environment, obtained by a mixture of light colors and blue Allianz of the wall panel.
The finishing materials express the values of the brand insurance no. 1 in the world. Quality, clarity, modernity, elegance and distinctiveness are expressed through a refined atmosphere. The use of light and dark wood and steel gives life to a New Design Agency consistent with the professionalism of Allianz. The final result is a very bright and reassuring space, that communicates strength and confidence to the customer.
Allianz also needed to empower the Allianz 1 customer experience and disclose the Italian Insurance design concept to the whole International group.
A hyper-technological and relational space at the same time to show the Allianz digital innovation driven by Italian marketing department.
We have designed Italian Allianz presence for AZI 2014, the Worldwide Allianz Management Conference that took place at Square Conference Centre in Brussels.
Thanks to the collaboration with MrFogg Agency, we have conceived an interactive digital communication – with the 360 ° video techonology – that allows to explore the Italian branch in an innovative way.
